Demonstrated experience treating product as a primary strategic lever and leading organizations through meaningful inflection points.
Track record of shipping AI-embedded product capabilities or leading sustained AI experimentation that delivers measurable customer outcomes.
Experience embedding artificial intelligence into business operations, team workflows, and decision-making processes.
History of elevating talent density by hiring and developing team members to shift organizational performance.
