Role Overview

ElevenLabs is looking for a dedicated marketing professional to serve as the local authority for the Nordic region. This role involves acting as a creative, an analyst, and an operator simultaneously to scale business-to-business engagement. The ideal candidate embraces multi-lingual markets, executes projects from conception to completion, and takes full ownership of results in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth across the Nordic region by scaling lead generation and elevating brand awareness.
Design and deploy complex, multi-language outbound campaigns that effectively engage target audiences.
Manage local industry events, user conferences, and webinars from start to finish.
Partner with performance marketing teams on account-based marketing initiatives and localized retargeting campaigns.
Track campaign metrics, generate executive-level reports, and propose data-backed optimizations.
Localize global messaging to align seamlessly with Nordic business cultures.

Requirements

Fluency in English alongside native or professional proficiency in at least one of the four Nordic languages.
Demonstrated history of owning marketing projects from start to finish while remaining accountable for return on investment.
Strong entrepreneurial background or high-engagement experience in fast-paced environments.
Comfort navigating dynamic, rapidly changing workflows without losing focus.
Broad multidisciplinary expertise spanning data analysis, performance marketing, campaign planning, and event organization.
Ability to act as the Directly Responsible Individual for all regional marketing operations.

Nice to Have

Practical knowledge of cold email execution, search engine optimization, or affiliate management.
Strong product marketing instincts and visual design skills.
Familiarity with buying-cycle shifts and the Southern European technology ecosystem.
