The AI Solution Engineer position at PointClickCare is a full-time, remote opportunity focused on integrating artificial intelligence into enterprise corporate platforms. This role suits technology professionals who want to build intelligent workflows and LLM-driven agents to streamline internal operations within a healthcare SaaS setting.

Key Responsibilities

Build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows utilizing Microsoft Azure tools like Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and AI Foundry.
Design and implement AI orchestration and automation for data migration, onboarding, and configuration streamlining.
Partner with cross-functional groups such as product, support, implementation, and integration teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Create APIs, tools, and scripts connecting LLM agents to existing enterprise platforms through open integration standards like the Model Context Protocol.
Manage the testing, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring of production AI workflows while maintaining responsible AI safeguards and guardrails.
Track the AI roadmaps of major providers like Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google alongside emerging market trends.
Help evolve the internal AI delivery model and advocate for artificial intelligence best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Three to five years of professional background in software or cloud engineering, as well as working within enterprise or SaaS environments.
Demonstrated experience constructing AI-driven workflows using Now Assist, Azure AI Foundry, or Copilot Studio.
Practical background with Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure AI, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git practices, and cloud deployment methods.
Strong problem-solving aptitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have

Exposure to multi-agent systems or AI agent orchestration.
Familiarity with vector database integration or retrieval-augmented generation.
Experience interacting with multiple large language models and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of healthcare data formats like FHIR and HL7.
