Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring clients see measurable outcomes within weeks of deployment.
Engineer integrations across customer security stacks, connecting SIEM, EDR, and ticketing systems using REST APIs.
Design, tune, and evaluate AI agent behavior through prompt engineering, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to security leaders and analysts by conducting working sessions and resolving operational blockers.
Provide feedback from field engagements to product teams to help shape future service offerings.

Requirements

Possess four to six or more years of experience in a technical security role, such as a security operations center analyst, detection engineer, incident response specialist, or technical solutions architect.
Bring hands-on operational knowledge of alert triage, investigation, escalation, and the incident response lifecycle.
Demonstrate direct experience with core detection tooling, including at least one major SIEM platform and one EDR or XDR solution.
Show proficiency in automation and integration through scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go, alongside fluency with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
Possess working knowledge of applied artificial intelligence, including practical experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and guarding against failure modes like hallucination.
Exhibit strong customer-facing communication skills capable of explaining complex technical topics to both frontline analysts and CISOs.
Maintain strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple concurrent enterprise engagements.
