Role Overview

Torq is seeking a Product Analyst Team Lead to take charge of the product analytics function at its Tel Aviv location. In this position, the individual will direct team priorities, mentor analysts, and connect data directly to product and business choices. Working alongside various departments like R&D, Product, Sales, and Data, the team lead ensures that analytical insights guide organizational growth and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing team of Product Analysts while fostering career growth.
Set the strategic direction and prioritize impactful initiatives to address anticipated product and business needs.
Guide the team in establishing key performance indicators and translating complex data questions into practical recommendations.
Collaborate directly with senior leadership, Product, Data, Field, Sales, and R&D teams to shape business decisions.
Maintain direct contact with the underlying data, occasionally executing critical analyses personally.

Requirements

Four or more years of people management experience guiding Product Analysts or similar analytical teams.
Professional background spanning at least two different organizations, with cybersecurity or B2B SaaS experience considered a plus.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities to establish trust and influence senior leaders.
Advanced critical-thinking and analytical abilities combined with a proactive mindset for discovering key business questions.
Practical working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Hands-on background utilizing AI tools for analytics.

Nice to Have

Prior experience building AI agents.
Familiarity with Python or ETL processes.
