Role Overview

Torq is hiring a Product Analyst based in Tel Aviv to help product teams understand user behavior, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities. In this position, the analyst will uncover trends, answer critical product questions, and provide data-backed recommendations that directly influence product roadmaps and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Uncover emerging trends, operational opportunities, and strategic product questions by converting raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, feature adoption, funnel progression, product performance, and overall usage patterns to determine root causes.
Collaborate with product teams to establish meaningful Key Performance Indicators, track ongoing performance, and apply methods like A/B testing.
Coordinate closely with Research and Development, Product, and other internal stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear product priorities.
Design and maintain dashboards, comprehensive reports, and analytical frameworks to guide organizational decision-making.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and detail to foster organizational trust in analytical insights.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience working in Product Analytics or a closely related analytical capacity, preferably within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
Demonstrated analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, coupled with a proactive, curious mindset and the aptitude to connect complex data points.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and window functions.
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Practical, hands-on experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools specifically for analytical tasks.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management proficiency to effectively influence product decisions through objective data.
Impeccable attention to detail and a proven ability to build trust and confidence in generated insights.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with Amplitude or Salesforce.
Familiarity with data modeling or Extract, Transform, Load processes.
Experience building artificial intelligence agents.
