About this role

Professionals who thrive on autonomy, possess sharp product instincts, and maintain a builder-first mindset will find themselves right at home in this position. Human Agency is scaling rapidly, partnering with organizations to design, implement, and integrate AI strategies that amplify human potential while remaining secure, scalable, and human-centered.

This role exists because the senior team is shipping fast and needs someone dedicated to triaging product issues, resolving bugs, and keeping the overall user experience tight. Working closely with the team, the individual selected will evaluate user feedback, dive into the codebase to submit and validate fixes, and utilize AI-assisted workflows like Claude Code to move quickly and efficiently.

What you will do

  • Work through product issues reported by users with speed and precision.
  • Read between the lines of user reports to identify underlying problems rather than just surface complaints.
  • Maintain a continuous pulse on the user experience across products to flag patterns and systemic issues.
  • Test code changes, check relevant edge cases, and confirm original workflows function properly before closing issues.
  • Utilize Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate resolution times without sacrificing output quality.
  • Communicate crisp updates to teammates regarding what is broken, fixed, or needs attention.
  • Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge over time.

What you need

  • Bring hands-on experience working on software products in a quality assurance, product, or technical support role.
  • Demonstrate experience building or experimenting with Claude Code and applying AI tooling to accelerate real work.
  • Show a proven track record of resolving product issues independently and quickly.
  • Possess enough understanding of user experience to extract signal from noise in user feedback.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and know how to escalate issues effectively to product leads.
  • Demonstrate comfort working without a detailed process by creating your own systems to manage volume.
