About this role
Professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal bureaucracy and a strong bias toward hands-on experimentation will find a natural home at ElevenLabs. The corporate account management team operates within the company's highest-velocity post-sales segment, helping millions of users and thousands of businesses adopt advanced AI audio and agent platforms. - Set the strategic direction for segment structure and staffing in close partnership with RevOps, compensation, finance, and customer experience leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions to influence product roadmaps, internal tooling, and revenue strategy.
