Role Overview

ElevenLabs is seeking a driven professional to build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts throughout the Southeast Asia region. This position focuses on partnering with various organizations to help them discover new monetization opportunities and create innovative experiences using breakthrough voice technology.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage a expanding portfolio of new accounts across multiple industries adopting conversational AI to achieve corporate revenue objectives.
Discover fresh business opportunities where the company's advanced conversational AI capabilities enhance user engagement, boost automation, or drive cost efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the conversational AI market, monitoring competitor solutions, customer use cases, and emerging industry trends.
Showcase deep knowledge—or an eager willingness to master—conversational AI applications across virtual agents, customer support, and in-app assistants.

Requirements

Seven to ten years of professional sales experience within a technology or SaaS organization.
Previous exposure to artificial intelligence, generative AI, large language models, or API platforms.
Demonstrated history of successfully meeting and surpassing sales quotas in a fast-paced setting.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Client- and product-oriented mindset focusing heavily on customer satisfaction and scalable solutions.
Full professional fluency in English alongside one or more Southeast Asian languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Thai, or Tagalog.
Comprehensive understanding of local business culture, nuances, and buying behaviors across Southeast Asia.

Nice to Have

Background in selling technical solutions directly to engineering, product, or innovation teams.
Prior experience executing sales strategies across multiple Southeast Asian and ASEAN markets.
