Flexport builds a technology platform for global trade, offering ocean, air, and trucking logistics alongside customs brokerage and fulfillment services. The company serves a range of businesses, from emerging brands to Fortune 500 companies, helping them manage supply chains, purchase orders, and billing. Its technology incorporates artificial intelligence to turn supply chain data into faster decisions, automate document processing, handle customs compliance, and manage exceptions.

Flexport is building engineering and operations teams across multiple international locations, including San Francisco, California; Amsterdam, Netherlands; and Shenzhen, China. The open roles feature senior and staff-level positions such as software engineers focused on applied AI and autonomous freight systems, a forward-deployed engineer for supply chain solutions, and a senior manager for financial operations. These roles involve technical ownership, hands-on implementation of agentic AI workflows, and collaboration with client operators to build systems that automate real-world logistics.
