Act as an AI-forward leader by implementing practical artificial intelligence applications across products and operations while upholding model governance.
Strengthen the current data engineering and analytics organization while scaling teams in data science and product capabilities.
Advise the Chief Technology Officer and executive leadership on data investments, opportunities, and risk management.

Requirements

Possess 10 or more years of leadership experience spanning enterprise data, analytics, data platforms, or data products.
Background in the healthcare industry, including proven work with complex health plan or benefits data such as medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility, and provider information.
Demonstrated history of defining data strategy and building the necessary operating models and teams.
Experience as a hands-on technical leader capable of handling deep architectural and analytical decisions.
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to evaluate investments based on expected value.
Experience applying analytics, data science, or artificial intelligence to elevate customer experiences and financial performance.
