  • Track production metrics such as yield, cycle time, defect rates, and delivery commitments.
  • Identify and resolve manufacturing issues involving hardware, firmware, and test systems.

What you need

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience leading complex hardware products from development through sustaining operations.
  • Maintain direct working familiarity with ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers.
  • Possess technical knowledge regarding servers, storage, networking equipment, or rack-level systems.
  • Show a strong understanding of production planning, quality gates, and change control.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

  • Experience manufacturing AI infrastructure, GPU servers, or high-performance computing platforms.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing partners and suppliers across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, or the broader APAC region.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality methods such as FMEA, control plans, RCCA, 8D, and statistical process control.
  • Experience with factory test development, hardware validation, or system qualification.
