Scale AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Gen AI Operations Planning based in San Francisco, California or New York, New York. This professional will manage planning, standardizing reporting, and driving process execution to bridge customer requirements and delivery for key accounts.

Role Overview

The Technical Program Manager for Gen AI Operations Planning acts as a vital link between Engagement Management, GenAI Delivery, GTM, and Growth Ops. This position reduces friction between customer demands and delivery by centralizing planning and streamlining account operations. Assigned to support one to two priority accounts, the TPM develops deep contextual relationships to make account planning predictable, auditable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and consistent capture of project-level customer demand while monitoring the Production Plan and Opportunity Forecast.
Collaborate with Supply Ops weekly to review historical productive hours, production plans, and drive forecasting accuracy.
Validate staffing requests, monitor full-time employee budgets, and evaluate staffing scenarios to provide early warnings on headcount risks.
Log revenue-generating opportunities correctly in Opportunity Ingest and manage opportunities through the workflow.
Participate in core account meetings as the operations demand lead and build scalable planning tools and dashboards.

Requirements

Strong background in program management, operational rigor, analytics literacy, and stakeholder management.
Capability to translate demand into reliable production plans and validate staffing tracking accuracy.
Experience designing scalable planning tools, account-level reporting artifacts, and standardized standard operating procedures.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary range for San Francisco and New York is $151,200 to $189,000 USD.
Eligible for equity-based compensation subject to Board of Director approval.
