The person hired will act as the technical voice of the organization for external partners and strategic clients. Responsibilities involve shaping operations, aligning engineering teams with business strategy, and driving the delivery of enterprise-grade machine learning solutions.
What you will do
- Deliver clear, timely, and objective communication across the technical organization, leadership, and strategic external partners.
- Deconstruct complex issues into actionable strategies while fostering collaboration between engineering, product, business, and marketing.
- Create and manage project schedules, map dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive organizational alignment.
- Ensure on-time delivery by establishing status checkpoints and identifying specific development needs.
- Proactively resolve issues and coordinate cross-functional dependencies while prioritizing impacts on product quality and timelines.
What you need
- Possess at least 5 years of experience working as an engineering or technical program manager.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in customer-facing technical delivery and operations focused on enterprise-grade AI software or solutions.
- Maintain a bias for action with a strong focus on execution and getting technical products shipped.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong self-organization in tracking technical meetings and action items.
- Exercise assertiveness and diplomacy when holding leaders and individual contributors accountable to committed deadlines.
- Manage tracking and reporting independently across multiple work-streams with owners spanning different time zones.

The salary range for this position is $140K to $220K with offers of equity and multiple ranges available.
