Role Overview

In this London-based position, the recruiter manages full-cycle hiring for Strategic Opportunities and related functions. The work centers on building proactive pipelines of former front-office professionals across the United Kingdom and European markets. Operating as a strategic partner to business leaders and working directly alongside a cofounder, the individual shapes talent strategies, designs hiring frameworks, and represents the brand within regional finance circles.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute targeted sourcing frameworks for Strategic Opportunities and rotational programs tailored to the UK and European markets.
Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, spanning sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Cultivate relationships with top-tier financial talent, attend industry events, engage alumni networks, and build referral pipelines.
Advise internal stakeholders on market mapping, compensation insights, and hiring priorities with data-driven precision.
Oversee external recruitment agency partnerships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
Ensure an exceptional, transparent, and fair candidate experience that reflects company values and diversity goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience focusing on finance, front-office, or similar elite talent.
Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and converting passive candidates within highly competitive industries.
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring strategies and coach stakeholders, including company cofounders.
Capacity to manage multiple parallel searches efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent communication skills with a polished presence for candidate and stakeholder interactions.
Intellectual curiosity regarding finance, data, and technology.
