Role Overview

As an Engineering Recruiter, the professional will spearhead the technical hiring initiatives for the organization. The position involves collaborating with engineering leaders to build effective search strategies, directly sourcing top-tier technical talent, and managing agency partnerships. The main objective is to hire exceptional engineers quickly and efficiently while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering leadership to design roles and define the ideal candidate profile.
Create and execute creative sourcing tactics to discover top technical professionals.
Design and lead a structured, high-signal interview process to evaluate candidate skills and mission alignment.
Manage the complete candidate lifecycle from the initial screening stage through to offer negotiation and closing.
Represent Rogo's technical vision at industry events and through professional networks.
Oversee external recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, and ensure high standards.
Utilize recruiting metrics and data analytics to eliminate process bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
Provide a seamless, professional, and respectful journey for every applicant.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth technology companies.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring engineering talent.
Deep familiarity with engineering organization structures and technical skill sets.
Capacity to successfully handle multiple searches across diverse technical domains.
Practical experience utilizing tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing platforms.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
