Role Overview

In this position, the coordinator sits at the center of the hiring engine to help scale the team with speed and precision. The job involves managing interview logistics, driving candidate communication, and maintaining the operational backbone of the recruiting process. This is a hands-on role where priorities shift rapidly, allowing the individual to take charge, fix inefficiencies, and improve hiring workflows as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end interview logistics by scheduling and coordinating complex interviews across multiple teams, formats, and time zones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure they feel informed, welcomed, and valued throughout the entire evaluation process.
Maintain accurate and clean data within the applicant tracking system while tracking candidate progress, follow-ups, and next steps.
Prepare internal coordination materials, interview prep documents, and necessary schedules.
Identify process inefficiencies, propose practical fixes, and contribute to scaling the overall recruitment infrastructure.

Requirements

Possess one to three years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, operational tasks, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
Demonstrate exceptionally strong organizational skills alongside meticulous attention to detail.
Exhibit clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
Display sound judgment, high reliability, and a strong sense of ownership without waiting for instructions.
Maintain comfort interacting directly with senior leaders and company founders.
Bring a low-ego, highly collaborative attitude with a willingness to handle any task required.

Skills and Tools

Experience operating applicant tracking systems or candidate relationship management platforms, with specific preference for Ashby or Gem.
Proficiency in modern productivity and scheduling tools.

Annual base salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 USD.
