Role Overview

This unique internship places the right-hand candidate at the core of a fast-moving business unit starting in November 2026. The selected individual will gain a front-row seat to leadership by working on major initiatives that shape strategy, enhance performance, launch new programs, and influence the company bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in establishing quarterly and yearly strategic priorities and OKRs.
Perform market research, financial modeling, and competitive benchmarking to support important choices.
Create executive-ready memos and recommendations addressing critical business topics.
Monitor key performance indicators, uncover insights, and update business dashboards.
Participate in weekly business reviews, forecasting, and workforce planning.
Oversee or co-manage cross-functional projects from initial scoping to final execution, such as go-to-market experiments, cost savings, operational improvements, and artificial intelligence pilots.
Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure reliable execution.
Design materials for leadership gatherings and track action items.
Function as a versatile problem-solver for the General Manager.

Requirements

Current enrollment in a Master's degree program focusing on Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Analytics, or a related discipline at a top-tier institution.
Strong analytical capabilities with solid proficiency in Google Sheets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex concepts into clear narratives or presentations.
Proven capacity to assume ownership, operate autonomously, and succeed in ambiguous or fast-moving settings.
Solid project management instincts characterized by structure, organization, and dependable follow-through.
An entrepreneurial mindset defined by curiosity, resourcefulness, and proactive problem-solving.

Nice to Have

Prior internship experience within strategy consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or fast-growing startup environments.
Familiarity with SQL or Business Intelligence tools.
