Key Responsibilities

Co-own the regional AIVA revenue number alongside the regional General Manager, remaining personally accountable for pipeline and target achievement.
Maintain a hands-on technical approach by personally configuring, building, and deploying AI Agent solutions for strategic and complex accounts.
Coach and upskill the regional team on technical execution, configuration quality, and deployment standards through active pairing and code reviews.
Build and evolve global playbooks, reference architectures, and deployment frameworks used across the organization.
Drive the go-to-market motion for the region by embedding forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, and clear performance metrics.
Lead regional enablement sessions to help internal teams understand and support agentic adoption.
Share field observations and product friction points with Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Support, and Go-To-Market teams to expand regional AI adoption.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 6 or more years of hands-on experience in forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar technical environments.
Demonstrate technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and at least one programming language to quickly master new AI capabilities.
Exhibit strong commercial acumen, understanding how technical delivery connects to revenue outcomes, deal structures, and forecasting.
Bring proven experience engaging, influencing, and building credibility with VP and C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
Show a track record of people leadership through coaching, building alongside team members, and reviewing work directly rather than managing from a distance.
Display strategic thinking capabilities to scope out new use cases from ambiguity and independently drive complex cross-functional projects to completion.

Nice to Have

Background working with conversational AI, voice AI, or contact center technology.
Familiarity with help desks, CRMs, or System-of-Truth integrations.
Previous experience operating in an overlay or specialist go-to-market motion.
