Product Marketing Intern, AI Voice Agent
About this role
Aircall builds an AI-powered customer communications platform that brings voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI together into one workspace, including capabilities like the AI Voice Agent that automates routine calls.
This internship exists to support the go-to-market strategy and execution for the AI Voice Agent product line. Working alongside a Product Marketing Manager, the intern collaborates with product, sales, customer success, enablement, and growth teams to handle feature launches, customer adoption initiatives, and messaging.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, structured thinking, natural project management instincts, and hands-on curiosity about AI tools.
What you will do
- Support the execution of feature launches for the AI Voice Agent, including planning and asset coordination.
- Assist in creating and maintaining launch materials such as messaging briefs, release notes, and collateral.
- Equip sales and customer success teams with up-to-date messaging and enablement materials.
- Help with onboarding and adoption initiatives through in-app messaging, email campaigns, and educational content.
- Gather feedback from teams and customers to identify adoption friction points and inform improvements.
- Conduct lightweight competitive and market research to synthesize insights for product marketing and product teams.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while proposing new ways to apply them.
What you need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field from a top school.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bring strong creativity and structured thinking to simplify complex ideas.
- Remain data-driven and detail-oriented while managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Show genuine curiosity about AI with hands-on experience using AI tools in studies, work, or personal projects.
- Act as a collaborative, positive, and proactive team player eager to learn about SaaS and go-to-market strategy.

Where is this role located?
This position is based in our Paris office, and will start ASAP with a duration of 6 months.
Who will I be working with?
In this role, you'll work directly with a Product Marketing Manager and partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Growth teams.
