Roboflow is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead for the Roboflow Labs team based in person in San Francisco. This full-time role suits an organized, high-agency operator ready to manage the delivery of datasets and environments to leading artificial intelligence labs.

Role Overview

As a Strategic Projects Lead on the Frontier Data team, the individual will serve as the primary owner of the delivery engine for datasets and environments sent to top-tier artificial intelligence labs. Every client engagement is managed end-to-end, covering initial intake, project scoping, process setup, execution oversight, quality review, and final delivery. This position is situated within Roboflow Labs, an applied research unit working in person in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete delivery lifecycle from intake to execution, review, and final shipment.
Establish measurable processes that ensure visibility and consistent enforcement of quality standards.
Communicate directly with researchers and engineers at prominent AI labs to help shape data products.
Oversee and plan capacity across networks of contributors and reviewers.

Requirements

Practical background working with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement learning workflows.
Exceptional organizational abilities, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
High agency and a strong bias toward taking action.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or machine learning training data pipelines.

Salary and Benefits

Target base salary ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 per year, determined by experience.
Company equity, with total cash compensation expected to scale alongside the growth of Roboflow Labs.

Unlimited paid time off with a mandatory minimum two-week annual vacation.
