Host live educational sessions, including bi-weekly webinars, technical workshops, office hours, and structured clinics.
Design comprehensive learning journeys that help users progress toward advanced platform utilization.
Deliver the structured 1-to-1 Targeted Enablement Option Pack for qualifying corporate customers.
Produce reusable technical enablement materials such as documentation, video walkthroughs, reference guides, and recorded tutorials.
Analyze recurring customer questions to build scalable educational assets that prevent repetitive support inquiries.
Track customer activation and engagement metrics to identify cohorts that would benefit from targeted programs.
Collaborate closely with product teams to highlight usability gaps and recurring knowledge friction.

Requirements

Working knowledge of machine learning and computer vision concepts, including datasets, annotations, model training, evaluation metrics, and inference.
Proficiency in Python alongside working experience with APIs, notebooks, and developer tools.
Ability to master the Roboflow platform quickly and demonstrate its workflows to customers with varying levels of experience.
Strong comprehension of model evaluation principles, such as precision, recall, confusion matrices, and confidence thresholds.
Familiarity with dataset quality standards, versioning, and annotation strategies.
Excellent technical teaching and content creation abilities across written, recorded, and live formats.
Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear boundaries and guide customers effectively in remote settings.

Nice to Have

Prior experience using the Roboflow platform or contributing to open source ecosystems.
Background in Customer Success, technical enablement, Developer Relations, technical education, Solutions Engineering, or technical Support.
Experience creating tutorials, documentation, developer courses, or educational videos.
