Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor degree from a top-tier institution with a strong academic background.
Bring five or more years of experience starting in a quantitative setting such as investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate law, followed by a transition into business development, GTM, or growth at a high-growth firm.
Possess an established network across enterprise decision-makers, venture capital, private equity, or the advisor community.
Demonstrate a history of turning network introductions into concrete business outcomes like partnerships or pipeline.
Display strong analytical capabilities and sound business judgment.
Exhibit executive presence and the capacity to build trust rapidly with senior stakeholders.
Maintain comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Possess an advanced degree like an MBA or JD from a top program.
Bring direct working experience inside a venture capital or private equity firm as an investor, portfolio operator, or platform team member.
Have international business development or GTM experience in regions like EMEA or LATAM, with multilingual skills considered a plus.
Maintain existing connections with executives, investors, or advisors relevant to target markets and verticals.
