Strategic AI adoption lead (East)
About this role
Driving adoption and activation across enterprise customer accounts involves embedding deeply into client organizations, mapping specific use cases, and building frameworks that turn AI investments into measurable outcomes. The Strategic AI adoption lead (East) partners closely with transformation leads to identify the right platform capabilities, designing customized workshops, champion networks, and usage dashboards that scale generative AI programs over time.
Writer builds an end-to-end enterprise platform powered by proprietary LLMs that enable companies to deploy custom AI agents grounded in their own data. Operating within the customer success function, the person in this role acts as a proactive builder rather than waiting for engagement, actively creating the conditions for success.
