Role Overview

The Senior AI Transformation Lead works with major enterprise clients to redesign operating models using enterprise artificial intelligence platforms. Based in New York City, the professional reports to the director of AI transformation and success, acting as a strategic advisor for top-tier accounts and helping executive teams transition from testing to full-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of accounts while partnering with a customer success manager to drive return on investment and value initiatives.
Establish strategic vision and Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks with leadership teams at major corporations to encourage adoption.
Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives to position artificial intelligence as a primary leadership priority.
Measure and report financial and profit-and-loss impact through interviews and surveys during business reviews.
Direct cross-functional programs, handle customer team escalations, mitigate risks, and communicate updates.
Spot growth potential and collaborate with sales teams on cross-selling and upselling efforts.
Develop scalable transformation methodologies, presentation decks, and communication templates for the broader organization.

Requirements

More than 10 years of professional background in strategic account management or transformation consulting serving Fortune 50 to 100 businesses.
Proven expertise in change management, strategic planning, and converting capabilities into measurable financial results.
Executive-level communication abilities to deliver presentations to board members, manage cross-functional teams, and navigate conflict.
Professional history grounded in management consulting or strategy advisory.
