Role Overview

The Senior AI Transformation Lead acts as a visionary and execution-oriented partner for key accounts at Writer. Operating out of the Chicago hub on a hybrid schedule, the professional in this role helps major organizations transition to an AI-first operating model, driving value realization and connecting the Writer platform to measurable financial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customers while leading return on investment and value initiatives alongside a customer success manager.
Serve as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50 to 100 clients, establishing vision and defining frameworks with leadership teams.
Build and maintain C-suite relationships to position AI as a top executive priority.
Drive value realization and return on investment delivery via surveys, interviews, and business reviews.
Orchestrate cross-functional programs, manage customer teams, handle escalations, mitigate risks, and deliver program updates.
Identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-selling and upsell initiatives in collaboration with sales.
Scale transformation best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications for the broader team.

Requirements

More than 10 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50 to 100 companies.
Demonstrated capability in building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
Strong background in change management, strategic thinking, and translating technical capabilities into P&L impact.
Executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to present to boards while managing cross-functional teams.
Professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
