Role Overview

The position focuses on shaping executive vision, defining value frameworks, and connecting software capabilities to financial results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of accounts and direct ROI initiatives alongside a customer success manager handling adoption strategies.
Serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 50 to 100 accounts, establishing vision and job-to-be-done frameworks with client leadership.
Cultivate and manage relationships with C-suite executives to position artificial intelligence as a primary leadership priority.
Drive value realization and measure return on investment through surveys, interviews, and business reviews assessing P&L impact.
Coordinate complex cross-functional programs, manage stakeholder teams, handle escalations, and mitigate project risks.
Identify and pursue account expansion pathways, partnering with sales teams on cross-selling and upselling efforts.
Standardize transformation methodologies by creating repeatable frameworks, presentations, and communication assets.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting working with Fortune 50 to 100 businesses.
Demonstrate expertise in change management, strategic planning, and linking platform capabilities to measurable financial outcomes.
Exhibit executive presence, communication abilities, and experience presenting to board members while resolving cross-functional conflicts.
Bring a professional foundation in management consulting or strategy advisory environments.
Display a curious mindset, active listening skills, and alignment with company core values of connecting, challenging, and owning.
