Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead business and architectural technical presentations and discussions with enterprise clients.
Track AI trends closely, focusing on orchestration tools, Agentic AI, and agent building.
Create and execute custom demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects highlighting system integration and CI/CD capabilities.
Advise customers on Site Reliability Engineering observability strategies to optimize and monitor API infrastructure.
Troubleshoot advanced technical problems using proficiency in Linux, Git, and Docker.
Encourage automation technology adoption within customer workflows for efficient API lifecycle management.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and product groups to share market feedback and shape product growth.
Guide junior solutions engineers and add to the collective technical knowledge base.
Handle several concurrent projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Explain intricate technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of 10 years of background in a technical architect, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing role.
Possess solid AIOps background and/or solid Kafka knowledge.
Show proven expertise in API management and design principles.
Understand cybersecurity principles and authentication tools like JWT, OIDC, and OAuth.
Hold proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and Linux operating systems.
Have extensive practice using Git for collaboration and version control.
Demonstrate deep familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Display a strong grasp of SRE observability methods and tools.
Understand the full Software Development Life Cycle.
Bring experience in infrastructure scripting and automation technology.
Possess strong project management capabilities to handle multiple tasks.
Hold a bachelor degree in a technical discipline like Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
