Key Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
Shape multi-phase scopes of work, translating ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
Lead high-impact customer engagements, technical deep dives, and executive presentations.
Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and advocating for feature development.
Mentor other solutions engineers and establish best practices across technical sales strategies.

Requirements

Significant experience in customer-facing engineering roles such as pre-sales, post-sales, or forward-deployed functions at an enterprise scale.
Proven track record of closing complex technical deals with major enterprise organizations.
Strong systems thinking and architecture experience spanning cloud, data, and machine learning systems.
Ability to operate as a senior technical advisor to executive stakeholders with strong presence and credibility.
Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment without formal authority across diverse teams.
Exceptional communication skills tailored for business, product, and technical audiences.
High degree of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.

The base salary range for this position in New York and San Francisco is $212,000 to $265,000 USD, with exact figures determined by location, experience, and other job-related factors. Eligible employees receive equity-based compensation subject to board approval.
