Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams like Product, GTM, and R&D groups, as well as external stakeholders, to develop tailored solutions.
Serve on a special forces team providing solutions to high-profile customers with unique product requirements.
Rapidly switch between different areas of responsibility and technical stacks across multiple products and teams.

Requirements

10+ years of backend software development experience, with a solid foundation in Java and Spring Boot.
4+ years of experience as a staff or principal engineer, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment.
Proven background in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
A creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for researching new technologies.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach with an interest in working across diverse technical stacks.
