Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents in Python for customer interactions and real-world tasks.
Develop multi-step agentic workflows that process customer intent, maintain context, use tools, and call APIs.
Connect agents to internal data, services, and external APIs to retrieve information and perform actions.
Ensure production reliability by handling failures, retries, timeouts, and edge cases under live traffic.
Measure and improve agent quality through evaluations, regression testing, experimentation, and customer feedback.
Own backend systems from design and implementation through deployment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Seven or more years of backend engineering experience using Python, including system design and application development.
Hands-on experience building and operating AI agents or agentic applications in production, covering orchestration, memory management, and tool usage.
Experience utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or comparable orchestration tools.
Background in integrating AI applications with databases, APIs, and external systems.
Experience building backend services within distributed systems and cloud microservices architectures.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
