Salary and Benefits
Base salary ranges vary by location for this full-time position. In San Francisco and New York, the base salary is $210,000 to $345,000 USD. In Washington, DC, Texas, Colorado, and Hawaii, the base salary is $200,000 to $311,000 USD. Eligible employees also receive equity-based compensation subject to board approval. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, learning and development stipends, generous paid time off, and potential commuter stipends.
