Eligible roles at Scale AI receive compensation packages consisting of base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The full-time base salary range for this position in San Francisco and New York is $233,600 to $292,000 USD, with the exact figure determined during the interview process based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Employees receive equity-based compensation subject to Board of Director approval. Additional perks include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, generous paid time off, a learning and development stipend, and potentially a commuter stipend.
