Role Overview

AI for Procurement is hiring a Staff Product Designer, AI Agents & Chat for a hybrid position based in San Francisco. This role suits an experienced designer ready to lead the creation of intuitive AI platform features and consumer-grade workflows for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the end-to-end design of AI platform features from initial concept through to public launch.
Shape a compelling vision for how artificial intelligence integrates thoughtfully across the entire application surface.
Partner directly with software engineers, product managers, and go-to-market teams to define and release innovative product offerings.
Conduct user research and testing directly with customers to design practical, user-centered solutions.
Iterate rapidly on design concepts based on real user feedback and host design reviews with the broader AI division.
Coordinate closely with other product designers across the organization to identify and address specific team needs.

Requirements

Bring eight or more years of professional design experience within startups or fast-paced, resource-restricted environments.
Demonstrate a proven track record of shipping AI products from end to end as a lead designer.
Possess strong visual design skills that balance aesthetic quality with high usability and understand web application technical constraints.
Utilize modern AI tools like Claude, Figma Make, or Cursor for rapid prototyping.
Exhibit excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
