The Staff Product Designer position at Generative AI for Clinical Conversations involves reimagining the future of healthcare delivery through innovative software design. This role suits an experienced designer who wants to tackle unsolved problems and build intuitive experiences that give clinicians more time for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Simplify complex clinical workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
Establish high standards for visual and interaction design by using strong command of design principles, motion, and prototyping.
Lead end-to-end design execution from early concepts to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows.
Advocate for clinicians through user research, insight synthesis, and user-centered design practices.

Requirements

Seven to twelve plus years of experience shipping impactful product design within complex domains.
Demonstrated track record of leading major design initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact.
High craft bar with a strong eye for detail and exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
Highly collaborative, low-ego spirit with a strong drive to learn, teach, and grow.
Willingness to work from the San Francisco office at least three times per week, with relocation assistance available.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working on artificial intelligence and machine learning products.
Background in consumer mobile design.
Experience designing enterprise software products.
