Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bring seven or more years of professional experience building and running distributed systems in production environments.
Demonstrate a clear history of enhancing system reliability and driving services toward high uptime metrics.
Possess deep technical knowledge of microservices, container management using Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
Show strong full-stack programming capabilities alongside advanced debugging and troubleshooting proficiency.
Exhibit a proven ability to lead complex technical projects and support engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Practical background working with large language model applications, multi-model setups from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, and agent frameworks.
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation patterns, prompt engineering methodologies, and vector databases.
Prior employment history within modern engineering cultures or high-growth technology companies.
