Key Responsibilities

Deliver AI-backed features that convert product usage data into automatic suggestions for customers while managing latency, reliability, and user trust.
Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, focusing heavily on TypeScript, Vue.js, component architecture, and in-browser data capture.
Engage in product discovery by joining customer calls, testing prototypes, and validating problems before and during development.
Define success metrics for delivered features and use usage data to guide ongoing iteration and customer impact.
Integrate AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code into daily workflows while maintaining strict engineering rigor and code review standards.
Collaborate across cross-functional groups with product managers and designers to make pragmatic tradeoffs in ambiguous environments.
Support team growth by mentoring colleagues, unblocking teammates, and sharing technical context.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience building and scaling web applications.
Hands-on background building with LLMs and AI agents through production work or personal projects.
Full-stack engineering capabilities with a strong frontend focus, including advanced TypeScript skills and comfort with the DOM and backend services.
Strong product judgment with the ability to own ambiguous problems, shape scope, and make decisions without fully specified briefs.
Demonstrated experience defining success metrics and iterating based on real user data.
Prior experience engaging directly with users to validate problems and assess post-launch impact.
Solid grasp of software architecture, design principles, and API development.
Clear communication skills with the ability to mentor and support other engineers.

Nice to Have

Experience working as or closely alongside a product manager on roadmaps, specs, or discovery.
Familiarity with product analytics tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
Experience running experiments, A/B tests, or betas to validate decisions.
Familiarity with browser DOM inspection, automation, Model Context Protocol, or LLM agent tool building.
Background in real-time data pipelines, streaming architectures, or accessibility.
