Role Overview

Pendo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end for a nine-month fixed-term role based in Herzliya, Israel. This position requires working in-office two to three days per week and suits an experienced developer-focused product professional ready to step in quickly during a maternity leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end, covering release planning, versioning, deprecation strategy, and driving adoption across a fragmented installed base.
Integrate Mobile into Pendo's AI surface, spanning AI tagging, agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP.
Run the escalation motion by managing weekly customer status updates, triaging severe issues with engineering and support, and leading communication during production incidents.
Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule, including offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction.
Protect at-risk annual recurring revenue by partnering with customer success, sales, and customer engagement on renewal-critical accounts.
Unify cross-platform experiences and developer integration to close hybrid framework gaps and reduce integration costs for customer engineering teams.

Requirements

Five plus years of B2B SaaS product management experience within a multicultural and global organization.
Three plus years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as a product manager, including versioning, release strategy, backwards compatibility, deprecation, and adoption management.
Mobile platform fluency covering native iOS and Android alongside practical understanding of hybrid frameworks.
Demonstrated AI product judgment with experience shipping AI-powered capabilities or reasoning clearly about workflow improvements.
Escalation temperament with past ownership of severe-level escalations where an SDK impacted customer production applications.
Enterprise customer-facing skills in English, working with large regulated accounts and engineering teams across matrix organizations.
Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term.

Nice to Have

Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms.
Hands-on background in mobile engineering prior to transitioning into product management.
Experience joining a product mid-flight for interim, transition, or turnaround assignments.
Experience running design partner or early-access programs with enterprise engineering teams.
Previous experience working with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling.
