Eligible roles receive a compensation package containing a base salary, equity, and benefits. For this full-time position located in San Francisco or New York, the base salary range is $212,000 to $265,000 USD. Total compensation may vary based on career levels, work location, skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance. Equity grants are subject to Board of Director approval. Benefits include comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, retirement programs, learning and development stipends, generous paid time off, and commuter stipends.
