This full-time Solutions Engineer position based in New York places an experienced technical professional at the center of complex enterprise software evaluations. Key Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy throughout complex enterprise sales cycles, moving from initial discovery through to closing deals.
Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to uncover client workflows, data challenges, constraints, and success criteria defined by executives.
Convert ambiguous client hurdles into transparent, structured solution frameworks utilizing Hebbia.
Build and configure customized artificial intelligence workflows designed to demonstrate unique value during evaluations.
Execute high-stakes live product demonstrations and technical conversations involving senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Identify potential risks early, question assumptions, and formulate mitigation plans to speed up sales cycles.
Work alongside the Sales department to boost win rates, deal velocity, and trust among enterprise buyers.
Supply organized product feedback to refine company positioning and assist with roadmap planning.

Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical position within complex enterprise sales settings, such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, consulting, or implementation.
Possess deep familiarity with artificial intelligence systems, data platforms, large language model workflows, or decision intelligence platforms.
Demonstrate strong executive presence capable of building credibility with C-suite practitioners.
Exhibit the ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into definitive, defensible solution paths.
Experience or background selling to or working in roles related to banking, asset management, private markets, legal, or enterprise knowledge teams is strongly preferred.
Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, performance-focused work setting.

Combined base plus bonus compensation range spanning from $170,000 to $260,000 per year, supplemented by competitive equity.
