Role Overview

The Solutions Architect - Nordics position at Cohere is a full-time, remote-friendly role based out of Stockholm that focuses on expanding enterprise AI adoption throughout the Nordic territory and wider European region. This opportunity suits an experienced technical professional who wants to partner with account executives, partners, and executive leadership to demonstrate the value of cutting-edge foundation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions utilizing Cohere products.
Personally lead the design and deployment of customer pilots and enterprise architectures to showcase technology impact.
Serve as the technical relationship owner, acting as a liaison between customers and the internal product team.
Provide guidance on best practices for platform usage and cultivate technical champions within customer organizations.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure offerings match customer needs and document processes for team scaling.
Work closely with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers.

Requirements

Bring at least 3 years of customer-facing technical pre or post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or a similar capacity.
Possess a passion for Generative AI, alongside a solid understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and related technologies.
Demonstrate familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts such as training and evaluation.
Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of presenting smoothly to CEOs and technical audiences alike.
Thrive effectively within ambiguous and unstructured environments by identifying and implementing high-impact processes.
Maintain comfort working with Python and assistive coding tools.
Professional fluency in English for both business and technical contexts is strictly required.

Nice to Have

Have 2 or more years of experience architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
