Rogo is seeking a Solutions Architect, EMEA to join the engineering team in London for a full-time position. This role suits an experienced technical professional with a background in cloud architecture who wants to build enterprise artificial intelligence solutions for elite financial institutions.

Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect, the individual will act as a strategic problem-solver to customize Rogo’s artificial intelligence platform for top investment banks, private equity firms, and investment funds in the London area. This position involves close collaboration with clients to design secure, scalable cloud architectures that integrate smoothly with existing enterprise infrastructure. The professional will leverage expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation to ensure successful deployments and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by analyzing technical requirements and business challenges.
Lead hands-on implementations and architectural discussions to create customized cloud solutions.
Maintain strong partnerships with client leadership and engineering groups to guarantee long-term satisfaction.
Design and deploy efficient, secure, and scalable cloud architectures utilizing AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
Write Terraform modules and automation scripts to configure and manage Kubernetes clusters according to specific security and compliance regulations.
Ensure all cloud architectures follow industry best practices for cost optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success divisions to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Channel valuable insights and feedback from client interactions back into product innovation and development.

Requirements

Possess five to seven or more years of professional experience in customer-facing technical positions, specifically in cloud engineering or solutions architecture.
Demonstrate fluency in cloud networking and cloud security best practices.
Show strong technical proficiency across major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, with working knowledge of core services like S3, EC2, RDS, and VPC.
Bring hands-on operational experience using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerized application management.
Exhibit high ownership, taking total responsibility for end-to-end technical solutions and overall client satisfaction.
Display exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain a collaborative and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

Background working within financial services or other heavily regulated industries.
Familiarity with Datadog or alternative telemetry monitoring tools.
