Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you act as a strategic problem-solver who custom-fits Rogo’s artificial intelligence platform for top-tier financial organizations. You collaborate directly with enterprise clients to design secure, scalable cloud solutions that integrate smoothly into their existing tech stacks. Your technical knowledge ensures that clients maximize the value of Rogo’s innovative offerings while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical contact for enterprise clients throughout pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Lead architecture reviews and security discussions to demonstrate how the platform aligns with client infrastructure.
Partner with the sales team on complex deals by providing technical validation and addressing customer objections.
Guide clients through onboarding, deployment, ongoing product releases, and long-term feature adoption.
Diagnose technical bottlenecks and coordinate with internal engineering groups to secure quick resolutions.
Translate client feedback and requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in client-facing technical functions like Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
Strong expertise in cloud architecture, networking, security concepts, and enterprise infrastructure.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and the capacity to handle long-term enterprise projects.
High level of autonomy, organization, ownership, and balanced commercial judgment.
