Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and customers to identify business objectives, pain points, current-state workflows, and desired outcomes.
Lead discovery sessions to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable solution designs.
Serve as an expert on accounts payable and finance operations, covering invoice processing, approvals, exceptions, and vendor management.
Develop solution architectures, process flows, and requirements documentation to communicate proposed designs effectively.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, communicate requirements, and highlight product gaps.
Work alongside implementation teams to guarantee successful solution delivery and identify potential risks or edge cases early.
Participate in customer-facing workshops, technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations.
Contribute to scaling the organization by improving solution design methodologies, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Use AI extensively for research, analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and daily productivity.

Requirements

Significant professional background in accounts payable, finance operations, ERP systems, AP automation, or related fields.
Prior customer-facing experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Solution Consultant, Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
Deep understanding of accounts payable processes and supporting financial systems.
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Excellent discovery, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to address both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to incorporate artificial intelligence into daily workflows.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with good judgment regarding configuration versus customization.
