Role Overview

The Senior Implementations Consultant will guide enterprise customers through a seamless transition onto the Vic.ai platform. This hybrid role requires candidates to live in the Miami, Florida area and work from the local office two to three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize scalable implementation frameworks, including processes, templates, and best practices for enterprise clients.
Manage the complete customer journey from the close of a deal through full platform adoption and Go-Live readiness.
Partner cross-functionally with product, integrations, sales engineering, and customer success teams.
Oversee project execution tasks such as resource allocation, project planning, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
Support change management by guiding clients through transitions and aligning expectations with deliverables.
Partner with Operations to standardize implementation methodologies and support partner-led models.

Requirements

Seven or more years of professional experience, featuring at least five years focused on software implementations, ideally with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Demonstrated history of managing intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiating process improvements.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, project execution, and scope definition.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a PMP certification considered a plus.
Technical aptitude with the capability to master new software platforms quickly.
