Key Responsibilities

Construct new AI-native products alongside a compact team while iterating quickly based on direct user responses.
Direct architectural choices and operate across the entire technology stack to deliver engaging user experiences.
Assume complete accountability for features spanning from initial design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring stages.
Collaborate closely with product management and design counterparts to define efficient user workflows.
Promote engineering standards, system reliability, and high performance within rapid development cycles.
Establish development standards for AI-integrated product creation within the organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering background with proven capability in end-to-end full-stack development.
Background in guiding complex technical initiatives involving multiple teams.
Prior involvement integrating large language models or alternative artificial intelligence solutions into features.
Knowledge regarding performance tuning and scalability considerations across both frontend and backend systems.
Effective communication abilities, collaborative disposition, and interpersonal empathy.
