Role Overview

The Senior AI Partner Program Manager will shape and scale an AI-native track within the existing partner ecosystem at monday.com in Tel Aviv. This position involves launching an initial pilot cohort, establishing security and quality review gates, and defining metrics for independent software vendors and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and qualification for AI-native build and delivery partners against technical and capability standards.
Design activation workflows including sandbox access, enablement content, and certification curricula.
Operate review gates in collaboration with legal, product, and security teams for partner-built agents.
Monitor key performance metrics such as published applications, active certified representatives, sourced pipeline, and time-to-activation.
Execute a 90-day pilot cohort to refine processes for future scaling.
Collaborate with marketplace and ISV divisions on distribution rules, revenue shares, and listing requirements.
Coordinate with marketing, enablement, and regional leaders on co-sell motions and certification paths.
Surface internal friction points and advocate for partners across the organization.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in channel programs, technology partnerships, developer ecosystems, or ISV programs, preferably within B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to establish or substantially overhaul a partner track or program from inception.
Technical familiarity with AI agents and applications, specifically regarding data handling, behavior, and reliability.
Experience navigating ambiguity and designing new operational playbooks.
Cross-functional collaboration history involving product, legal, security, and marketplace teams.
Strong program management skills encompassing metric definition, pilot execution, and process repeatability.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholders ranging from technical partners to executives.

Nice to Have

Background working with ISV or marketplace partner programs such as Microsoft AI Cloud, ServiceNow Store, or Salesforce AppExchange.
Experience creating or managing partner certification frameworks.
History in security, trust and safety, or technical review frameworks for AI systems and third-party software.
Established network within the AI and agent-builder partner ecosystem.
