Role Overview

The Enterprise Engineering department focuses on building foundational services and APIs that allow businesses to integrate artificial intelligence into their operations at scale. As a Software Engineer, the position involves designing robust infrastructure that powers AI products, driving high performance, and ensuring production-grade reliability across diverse cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale backend systems that power enterprise generative AI products with a focus on reliability and performance.
Develop core services and APIs that securely integrate artificial intelligence models and enterprise data sources.
Architect scalable distributed systems intended for data processing, inference, and the orchestration of large-scale workloads.
Optimize backend performance regarding latency, throughput, and cost for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure by driving automation, security, and observability for extensive AI deployments.
Collaborate directly with machine learning and product teams to bring cutting-edge models into production via efficient serving systems and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

Possess at least four years of experience in developing large-scale backend or infrastructure systems with a focus on distributed services.
Demonstrate proficiency in Python or TypeScript, including experience designing high-performance APIs and backend architectures.
Show deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration like Kubernetes and Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
Bring hands-on experience managing relational and NoSQL databases alongside building data-intensive pipelines.
Have practical experience with generative AI applications, model integration, or AI agent systems in production.
Understand observability, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices for multi-tenant environments.
