Role Overview

OpusClip is hiring a full-time Senior Visual Designer to guide the next phase of the company's brand and marketing web presence in Mountain View. This position suits an autonomous creative leader who enjoys building, defining visual direction, and shipping digital experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete end-to-end brand upgrade by establishing a renewed visual language and launching it live across landing pages, the website, and digital touchpoints.
Manage the roadmap for the brand and web workstream by prioritizing initiatives and advancing projects from conception to deployment independently.
Design, animate, and deploy production-ready pages using Figma, Rive, and Webflow.
Create mobile-first, responsive layouts alongside lightweight UI animations and micro-interactions.
Transform marketing objectives and brand strategies into engaging, conversion-optimized, user-centered experiences for events, campaigns, and product releases.
Formulate the systems, standards, and guidelines for visual and brand consistency during company growth.
Apply modern AI creative tools to enhance speed and iteration without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

Extensive background in visual and web design accompanied by a portfolio featuring live, deployed projects.
Demonstrated history of directing a rebrand or brand upgrade from initial visual concept to public rollout.
Self-driven working style with a history of scoping, leading, and launching independent initiatives.
Advanced skills in Figma, Webflow, and Rive, combined with foundational knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Expertise in motion design and UI animation.
Mastery of modern design concepts, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience utilizing AI creative tools to accelerate workflow and production.
Business judgment capable of balancing creative output with data-backed goals.
Communication abilities to connect marketing, engineering, and design teams.

Nice to Have

Background working with video editing or motion design software such as Premiere and After Effects.
