Role Overview

OpusClip is looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build innovative products at the intersection of applied artificial intelligence, product intuition, and robust architecture. This position requires someone who can independently define project scope, exercise strong technical judgment on AI-generated code, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Build and shape next-generation AI-native products from scratch.
Own development tasks across the entire software stack without waiting for assigned tickets.
Apply human technical judgment to AI-generated code and handle zero-to-one product chaos.
Ship new features rapidly while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

Experience working on AI-native codebases from either a product or engineering background.
Proficiency across front-end development with React and back-end development with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Django.
Proven track record of shipping products from scratch independently or within a small team.
Fluent usage of AI coding tools such as Cursor, alongside the judgment to recognize their limitations.

Nice to Have

Background in multimodal AI engineering, specifically video machine learning or video AI.
A professional profile that blends deep technical capabilities with strong product thinking.
